Right of Withdrawal

A) Right of withdrawal for goods (shop)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Diana Fister, The Tarot Taurus, Marienstraße 15, 76689 Karlsdorf-Neuthard, Germany, email: diana@thetarottaurus.de, phone: +49 173 4781917) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may also use the withdrawal function on my website (button “Withdraw from contract” at the bottom of every page) or the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by me), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which I am informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. I will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

I may withhold reimbursement until I have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to me without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to me. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised (for example a spell jar with a personal intention or engraving).

B) Right of withdrawal for services (readings and vouchers)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, the same options as described under A) apply.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which I am informed about your withdrawal. If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay me an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated your withdrawal.

Early expiry

The right of withdrawal expires when I have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and at the same time acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.

C) Events and witch journeys

For services related to leisure activities that take place on a specific date or within a specific period, there is no right of withdrawal under § 312g (2) no. 9 BGB. This applies in particular to Witches Week Transylvania. Cancellation is possible there according to the participation terms.
