Terms and Conditions

This English version is provided for your convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.

§ 1 Scope

These terms apply to all contracts between Diana Fister, The Tarot Taurus, Marienstraße 15, 76689 Karlsdorf-Neuthard, Germany (“I”) and my customers (“you”) for tarot readings, products from my shop and events booked or ordered via thetarottaurus.de.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

The presentation of my offers on the website is not yet a binding offer. With your booking or order you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when I confirm your booking or order by email.

§ 3 Prices and payment

All prices are final prices. In accordance with § 19 UStG, no VAT is shown. Shipping costs as stated are added to shop orders. Payment is made by bank transfer or via the payment service Stripe.

§ 4 Tarot readings

(1) Depending on the option booked, readings take place in writing or live. You receive written readings by email within 24 hours of receipt of payment and your question.

(2) Live readings can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. For later cancellation or no-show, the full price is due.

(3) Tarot is a tool for self-reflection and orientation. A reading does not replace medical, psychotherapeutic, legal or financial advice. You make your decisions on your own responsibility. I cannot promise a particular outcome or that an interpretation will come true.

§ 5 Shop, delivery and warranty

(1) I only deliver within Germany. I ship your order within 3 working days of receipt of payment. Delivery by the carrier then usually takes 1 to 3 working days.

(2) My products are handmade. Small variations in colour, shape and material are therefore normal and not a defect.

(3) My ritual kits and spell jars are decorative and ritual objects. They are not intended for consumption. Never leave candles burning unattended.

(4) The statutory warranty applies.

§ 6 Events

For events and witch journeys, the participation terms of the respective event also apply; for Witches Week Transylvania these are the participation terms. In the event of conflict, the participation terms take precedence over these terms.

§ 7 Liability

I am liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body and health. In cases of slight negligence, I am only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. I am not liable for services you book yourself with third parties (for example flights, accommodation or transport).

§ 8 Final provisions

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. Should any provision be invalid, the remainder of these terms remains valid.
